Training Academy Course Information

These Classes are mandatory for all new agents to be promoted to “Expert”.

Each “session” consists of three classes which are the same in each of our three training offices each week.  If you miss classes in one office you can attend at another.  There are 7 weeks of classes starting this week through the second week of October.   Special circumstances such as late arrivals due to other commitments are handled on an individual basis when you sign up.  You will have homework and specific activities assigned each class.

Time allocated is one hour each topic.  They are designed to encourage ALL of our agents to participate in classes that are of special interest to them.  There will be time to review important issues attending agents bring to the meeting.  This gives “real life” experience to the classes.

Our “Realty Experts Training Manual” will be a major resource for these classes.  It can be found on our website at the very bottom of all of the site pages.  Just click on the “AGENT SERVICES” link and put in the code and password given you.   Just scroll to the Training Manual from there.  The manual is a consolidation of information gleaned from over thirty years of experience attending seminars and working in this business.

We have periodic Title company classes, Winform-Relay, and more in-depth Marketing classes  assigned which are not on this calendar.

State approved classes for Licensing and Renewal are soon to be on our site as well.

ALL CLASSES ARE RSVP.  IF YOU DO NOT SIGN UP THE CLASS MAY BE CANCELLED. 

OUR POLICY Is if ONE person signs up the class will be held for that person!!  So we MUST KNOW you intend to attend in every case.
