To get your license you are required to have The following courses must be completed before taking your state exam.

1. (45 Hour) Principles Course

2. (45 Hour) Practice Course

3. (45 Hour) Additional Course, One Of The Following:

Finance, Appraisal, Legal Aspects, Economics, Escrow, Property Management, or Loan Brokering Course

The D.R.E. will accept the following completed college courses...
     a) Economics - of any kind
     b) Business Law
     c) Accounting - of any kind

You will then only be required to take Principals and Practice Courses.
