Textbooks are required for courses. These may be obtained from a friend, by sharing, through your company, or through our bookstore, new or used. (Our bookstore is linked from our home page or from your account after you register).
(note) When you have finished using a textbook we have an automated method of reselling it through our bookstore. This way you can, use the money from one sale to purchase the next book etc. until you have completed all courses.

In March 2008 the Department of Real Estate mandated that continuing education course final exams must be in three 15 hour segments each three days apart. We have permission to provide the following:

Under the new law ALL OTHER continuing education candidates must take the same 5 courses and then on, or after, the sixth day following registration take:
In 2009 with the housing market in total disarray and with a future recession/depression not experienced since the "Great Depression" of the 1930's in full swing with a forecast of one to four years of unsettled economies worldwide, an understanding of real estate financing is not only required but is one of the most valuable areas of education needed to survive and thrive.
To that end the Lumbleau Real Estate School has chosen Walt Huber's Educational Textbook Company's textbook "Real Estate Financing" for a 30 hour consumer protection course.
The final exam, to comply with the February 29th 2008 Department of Real Estate Law requiring no more than 15 hours of final exams on any one day, has been approved to be given as follows:
(a) The first 35 question part is taken the first day (the first 7 chapters) (b) The second 30 question part is taken anytime after midnight on the 2nd. Day. The total 65 questions are then used to determine if a grade of 70% or better has been achieved All 45 hours of continuing education.
Each "session" consists of three classes which are the same in each of our three training offices each week. If you miss classes in one office you can attend at another. There are 7 weeks of classes starting this week through the second week of October. Special circumstances such as late arrivals due to other commitments are handled on an individual basis when you sign up. You will have homework and specific activities assigned each class.
Time allocated is one hour each topic. They are designed to encourage ALL of our agents to participate in classes that are of special interest to them. There will be time to review important issues attending agents bring to the meeting. This gives "real life" experience to the classes.
Our "Realty Experts Training Manual" will be a major resource for these classes. It can be found on our website at the very bottom of all of the site pages. Just click on the "AGENT SERVICES" link and put in the code and password given you. Just scroll to the Training Manual from there. The manual is a consolidation of information gleaned from over thirty years of experience attending seminars and working in this business.
We have periodic Title company classes, Winform-Relay, and more in-depth Marketing classes assigned which are not on this calendar.
State approved classes for Licensing and Renewal are soon to be on our site as well.

Every real estate school provides the three Department of Real Estate approved pre-exam 45 hour 3 unit college equivalent courses.
All potential new agents are referred to the Lumbleau Real Estate School to register and take the Lumbleau School's Department of Real Estate approved pre-license exam and mandatory 3 unit 45 hour college level courses, and when needed, every 4th year Continuing Education courses.
The Lumbleau School, with its 70 years of experience, provides the courses, gives and grades the final exams and issues Certificates of Completion exclusively at their website.

Using John's course, our first attempt agent pass rate is over 94 percent. Our first attempt broker pass rate is over 82 percent. (NOTE: Those who do not pass call us and apologize, because they did not finish their course). \ The Department of Real Estate's pass rates are currently 55 percent for agents and 48 percent for brokers, including all attempts.
